You will drive strategy, policy interpretation, and day‑to‑day operations to meet financial and operational targets.

The role requires 5+ years in real estate property management, CPM/RPA/CSM or licensure, and strong finance/building operations knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation
• Possess real estate license
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
• Proven experience in management, evaluation, development, and motivation of subordinates
• Ability to manage a team of professionals and vendors
• Experience reviewing commercial lease/contract language
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for property management business
• Provide leadership through policies, programs, and property management strategy
• Lead Property Management staff and liaise with third‑party owners
• Track budget variances and oversee cash flow
• Oversee billing, invoices, and disbursement of funds
• Prepare reports, budgets, and owner communications
• Support collection of management fees and reimbursements
• Maintain contract compliance and timely reporting
• Resolve tenant relations issues and conduct regular property inspections
• Oversee construction projects and approve contracts/invoices
• Ensure compliance with PM policies, codes, and regulations
