Atlantic Residential, a private real estate firm, is seeking a Property Manager for The Alloy on Van Buren in Chicago. The role covers start-up marketing, day-to-day operations, budgeting, rent rolls, and occupancy goals, with a leadership path to build a leasing team and supervise maintenance.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of on-site property management experience.
• Property management experience in a 55+ community.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic, motivated, positive attitude with team player mindset and strong sales/closing skills.
• Proficient computer skills and software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site staff and leasing teams to meet community goals.
• Manage budgets, rent rolls, projections and occupancy targets.
• Market the community through updates, social media, and outreach.
• Oversee financials including bookkeeping, budgets and expenses.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely unit turns and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and ADA and company policies.
• Handle applications, move-ins, collections, and lease administration.
