Job summary

Allied Orion Group is seeking a Community Manager for a 55+ Active Adult property in Plano, TX. The role oversees the on-site team, directs leasing, marketing, and resident relations, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

The ideal candidate has a strong property management background, bilingual Spanish/English, and experience managing a 55+ community. CAM/ARM certifications and apartment association involvement are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in multi-family property management.
• CAM and ARM certifications preferred.
• Apartment association membership preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage functions related to leasing, marketing and resident relations for a 55+ Active Adult property.
• Generate and maximize property income; monitor and control expenses.
• Prepare and submit required reports on time.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, EEOC and state/local laws.
• Maintain professional communication with residents, vendors, contractors and clients.
