Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee an apartment community in Merrimack Valley and lead site staff. The role ensures compliance with LIHTC and drives occupancy, staffing, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in property management, strong budgetary and supervisory experience, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. Onsite role with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years related property management and supervisory experience.
• LIHTC recertification experience required.
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs, LIHTC, and related regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations and direction of site office and maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and other housing regulations.
• Maintain optimal occupancy and staff staffing.
• Prepare budgets and monitor budget compliance.
• Process resident certifications/recertifications.
