Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of property management/supervisory experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Onesite knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and site office/maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with Project Based Section 8 and other housing regulations.
• Maintain high occupancy; ensure properly staffed operations and resident services.
