Job summary

Nevada HAND, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of multi-unit properties.

You will implement policies to meet budgeted goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead on-site teams to deliver excellent resident services. The role requires LIHTC/Multi-family experience, supervisory skills, and strong knowledge of property management software (Yardi, MRI).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degrees preferred.
• 3+ years LIHTC, multi-family residential property management.
• 2+ years Affordable Housing experience (LIHTC, HOME, HUD, RAD).
• 1 year Property Management supervisory experience.
• TCS or COS certification preferred.
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, Outlook; MRI, Yardi or Boston Post.
• Valid Driver License; sheriff's work card license desirable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve strong fiscal performance and monitor budgets.
• Review Yardi Dashboard and rent collections processes.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate maintenance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and TCAC.
• Maintain property standards, safety, and curb appeal.
• Handle tenant relations and lease enforcement.
• Coordinate inspections and report incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with HR for staff management and training.
