Job summary

Ovation in Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated Affordable Housing Property Manager with 2–3 years of multifamily experience to oversee daily operations at our premiere community. Knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and HUD compliance is strongly preferred.

You will manage budgets, rent collection, occupancy, and staff training, while maintaining resident satisfaction, safety, and a welcoming environment. On-site collaboration with maintenance, leasing, and vendor partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing or multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, HUD programs and compliance is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents, staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high occupancy levels while adhering to income and eligibility requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and guidance to staff.
• Promote a positive community atmosphere with resident events.
• Ensure safety protocols and address emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance, leasing, and vendor teams on-site.
