Renters Warehouse is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead the Washington, DC office and oversee licensed activity for DC and Maryland. This role requires directing property management operations, ensuring compliance, and supervising a team across two offices.

The position offers a base salary of $80,000–$90,000 annually, with potential for additional compensation, and requires a broker license in DC plus MD licensure within 6 months.

Competenze

• Active DC real estate broker license required at hire and MD license within 180 days.
• Experience supervising licensed real estate activity and managing trust/escrow accounts.
• Strong knowledge of DC/MD landlord-tenant law, fair housing, and licensing requirements.
• Proven ability to lead across multiple offices and manage rental operations.

Mansioni

• Lead property management for the Washington, DC office including owners/residents, maintenance, renewals, move-outs, and collections.
• Act as designated broker for DC and MD, ensuring licenses, continuing education, and compliant advertising.
• Protect client funds with proper trust/escrow handling and transparent reporting.
• Ensure fair housing compliance and standardized screening across offices.
• Own leasing/occupancy process from listing to signed lease and maintain licenses.
• Develop the office team through coaching, regular meetings, and performance management.
• Support the Columbia, MD office transition to the home-office operating model and onboarding processes.
• Migrate both offices to AppFolio and LeadSimple, ensuring data accuracy and central procedures.
