RENOSY by Renters Warehouse is seeking a Senior Property Manager for the Columbia, MD/Washington, DC region. This leadership role oversees the Washington, DC office’s property management operations, directs licensed activities, and ensures compliance with state and federal housing laws.

The position emphasizes broker responsibilities in multiple jurisdictions, supervision of staff, and migration to standardized technology platforms. Base salary ranges between $80,000 and $90,000 annually.

Competenze

• Active DC real estate broker license required; Maryland license must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Four-year college degree preferred; extensive residential property management experience acceptable.
• Experience supervising licensed activity and ensuring compliance with landlord-tenant and fair housing laws.
• Proficiency with property management software such as AppFolio and LeadSimple; ability to manage broker records and audits.

Mansioni

• Lead property management for the Washington, DC office and supervise day-to-day operations.
• Act as the company-designated broker for licensed activities in DC and Maryland; ensure licenses and CE requirements are met.
• Manage client funds with proper trust accounts and ensure compliance with all fiduciary duties.
• Maintain brokerage records and respond to audits and inquiries with Legal and executive leadership.
• Ensure fair housing compliance and non-discriminatory practices in advertising and showings.
• Oversee leasing and occupancy operations to minimize vacancy and optimize revenue.
• Assist in transitioning Columbia, MD office to the company operating model and platform.
• Support migration to AppFolio, LeadSimple, and standardized procedures across offices.
