Job summary

Atrium seeks a Senior Property Manager in Orlando, Florida to lead a property management team overseeing the company’s portfolio and third-party properties. The role emphasizes strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational excellence to ensure compliance and tenant satisfaction.

You will collaborate with internal teams, property owners, and external partners to drive performance and growth. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a property management team for the portfolio and third-party properties.
• Manage monthly and quarterly financial and variance reports with corrective actions.
• Ensure leases are current and provisions enforced with tenants.
• Negotiate contracts to protect company interests.
• Develop and oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue improvements.
• Hire and assign property managers based on asset class experience.
• Develop and maintain property management systems and procedures.
• Perform basic property management tasks for internal properties as needed.
• Develop marketing materials for third-party management services.
• Review budgets and CAM reconciliations, coordinate invoices/credits.
• Participate in annual budget meetings with owners; act as executive face to clients.
• Oversee multi-state property management coordination when needed.
