Job summary

Atrium Staffing seeks a Senior Property Manager to lead a growing commercial real estate team overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties. The role includes directing a PM team, managing internal and third-party properties, and ensuring strong financial oversight across budgets, forecasts, and CAM reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and a customer-service orientation.
• Strong written, oral, and reading communication skills, including experience preparing and presenting internal and external presentations.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including team-building and performance management.
• Exceptional underwriting and financial modeling (Excel) skills, with experience supporting annual budgets, leasing analysis, cash flow projections, and capital project execution.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate property management and lease administration.
• 6-10 years of property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a property management team overseeing both internally owned and third-party managed properties.
• Oversee financial and variance reporting, annual budgeting, forecasting, and CAM reconciliations in coordination with Accounting.
• Ensure lease agreements are current and enforced, and negotiate property management and vendor contracts to protect the Company's interests.
• Develop and maintain property management systems, policies, and procedures, and support marketing of third-party management services to prospective clients.
• Serve as a key point of contact for ownership and prospective clients, including participation in annual budget meetings and oversight of property management activities across all markets.
