Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead the Property Management team and oversee a significant portfolio. You will direct staff, manage budgets, ensure contract compliance, and maintain strong relationships with third-party owners and vendors.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of property management experience, CPM/RPA/CSM or real estate license, and strong knowledge of finance and building operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation preferred; real estate license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for property management business.
• Provide leadership and policy interpretation to Property Management staff and strategy.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and cash flow in coordination with Property Manager.
