Job summary

Marquette Management is seeking a Senior Property Manager for The Pavilion in Chicago, overseeing a 1,115-unit multifamily community with a retail component. You will drive financial performance, oversee a ~32-person team, and lead cross-functional operations to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in property management, proven ability to lead large teams, and a strong track record in budgets, forecasting, and NOI growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Property Management experience, with proven success managing large-scale or high-rise communities (500+ units preferred; 1,000+ units strongly desired).
• Experience leading large teams (20+ employees) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, NOI focus and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing, collaborative team across leasing, maintenance, and admin functions.
• Oversee daily operations for a 1,115-unit community with a retail component, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Drive occupancy, pricing strategy, and resident satisfaction through operational excellence.
