Marquette Management seeks a Senior level Property Manager to lead operations at The Pavilion, a large Chicago community. You will guide a cross-functional team of about 32, drive financial performance, and ensure resident satisfaction and strong NOI.

The role requires 5+ years in property management of large-scale assets, proven leadership, and a track record of building high-performing teams. The position offers a competitive salary with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Property Management experience in large-scale or high-rise communities (500+ units preferred).
• Experience leading large teams (20+ employees).
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and NOI responsibilities.
• Proven ability to build engaged, collaborative, results-driven teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a 1,115-unit community in Chicago, ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Drive financial performance, NOI, occupancy, and revenue growth through strategic oversight and cost controls.
• Develop and mentor a cross-functional team of ~32 professionals to sustain high performance.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident experience to optimize occupancy and retention.
• Partner with Asset Management on forecasting, strategy, and long-term asset planning.
