WinnCompanies in Hayward, CA is seeking a dynamic Senior Property Manager II to plan, direct, and oversee daily operations of two to seven assets, maintaining positive resident relations and achieving ownership financial objectives.

You will lead on-site staff, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, drive occupancy, and coordinate reporting, vendor relations, and maintenance programs. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a salary range of $80,000–$95,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong supervisory/managerial skills and customer service focus.
• Knowledge of property management and landlord/tenant laws.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage).
• Ability to resolve complex issues and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the property’s annual budget for approval by senior management.
• Provide reporting and monthly variance reporting.
• Oversee rent collection and deposits in accordance with laws and policies.
• Lead the property team to maintain occupancy levels.
• Direct maintenance programs and oversee vendor relations.
• Ensure site compliance with applicable state and federal program regulations.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and train site employees.
