Job summary

Bremerton Housing Authority seeks a Supervisor of Property Management to lead the day-to-day operations of the housing department, focusing on property management. You will help update policies and ensure compliance with LIHTC, HCV, and other funders while supervising staff and driving quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or vocational/technical school.
• 6+ years of experience in residential property management with direct supervision.
• 3 years of supervisory experience and knowledge of applicable program regulations and laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work of property management staff directly and through supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with laws, funders and policies; resolve staff concerns and coach.
• Quality assurance and training to improve customer service delivery.
• Lead in policy development, training and strategic plan support.
• Address lease and program violations and coordinate with legal when needed.
