Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of property management experience.
• CAM, ARM or similar recommended.
• Ability to lead a team and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations at the assigned property and meet occupancy targets.
• Support leasing by guiding the team to close deals.
• Oversee maintenance, resident relations and vendor communications.
• Ensure lease files and financial ledgers are accurate and up to date.
