Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• 2+ years in a lead/supervisor role.
• HVAC/EPA Certification required.
• Language: ability to read, write and communicate clearly.
• Basic math and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities and personnel daily.
• Plan daily meetings with maintenance and office staff.
• Prepare units for occupancy and keep 50% rent-ready.
• Prioritize work orders for time and resource efficiency.
• Oversee safety, vendor management and supply purchases.
• Monitor expenses and keep them near budget.
