Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• 2+ years as a Maintenance Lead/Supervisor.
• HVAC/EPA Certification required.
• Basic reading/writing and math for instructions and reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all maintenance functions and activities for repair status, condition, curb appeal, cleanliness, and life safety.
• Conduct daily planning meetings with maintenance and office team.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and maintain 50% rent-ready vacancy.
• Prioritize work orders and allocate time/resources efficiently.
• Direct teams on policies, procedures, and budget adherence.
• Maintain records, tools, and equipment; supervise contractors.
