Property Solutions & Services, Inc. (PSS) seeks a Senior Site Manager to oversee the management of affordable housing properties in the Twin Cities. The role requires 3–5 years of property management experience, strong tenant relations skills, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager.

Responsibilities include marketing, applicant qualification, unit inspections, move-ins, rent collection, and staff training. A reliable vehicle, strong computer skills, and the ability to work with a diverse clientele

Qualifications

• 3–5 years affordable housing management experience.
• Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and income qualification of applicants.
• Inspecting units prior to move-in and assigning work orders.
• Move-in residents and explain lease documents.
• Build tenant relations and maintain files.
• Input maintenance work orders and filing.
• Answering phones and completing special projects.
• Training new assistant site managers.
• Collecting rent and entering into Yardi.
