Stream Realty Partners seeks a Senior Property Manager for the Downtown DC Class A Trophy Office Portfolio. You will oversee daily operations, lead a small PM team, manage client relationships, and ensure top-tier service and financial performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, CAM reconciliations, tenant coordination, and coordinating capital improvements while maintaining compliance with codes and Stream's standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial property management experience
• Supervisory responsibility
• Experience preparing annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, and ownership reports

Responsibilities

• Lead the management team in resolving day-to-day property issues
• Maintain contact with tenants, vendors, and clients
• Oversee budgeting and financial performance of the portfolio
• Coordinate capital improvements and oversee renovations
• Ensure compliance with codes and Stream policies
