Ideal candidates will have a real estate license, 2+ years of commercial property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software like Yardi.

Qualifications

• 2 years plus experience in the Commercial Property Management industry required.
• Previous experience communicating with tenants and/or vendors in a professional, courteous environment.
• Basic accounting knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building operations’ issues and tenant relations.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure compliance with service contracts.
• Process tenant billbacks expenses.
