Job summary

Stream Realty Partners in Washington, DC seeks a Property Manager to deliver first-class management for a portfolio of assets, focusing on budgeting, tenant relations, and operating efficiency.

You will coordinate with Construction, Leasing, Marketing and Accounting teams, ensure compliance with agreements, review invoices and prepare financial reports; prior experience with Yardi/MRI preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial property management experience with supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, vendors and teams.
• Experience preparing annual budgets, ownership reports, CAM reconciliations.
• Experience real estate software (Yardi or MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK, or similar).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Analytical and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all property management activities including operations, AP, AR, reporting and relations.
• Work with Construction, Leasing, Marketing and Accounting to deliver top service.
• Ensure Stream policies and best practices are followed.
• Ensure compliance with Management Agreements and client policies.
• Perform routine property inspections and follow-ups.
• Prepare operating and capital budgets, reforecasts and expense recovery estimates.
• Coordinate contracts, services, repairs and capital projects.
• Prepare and submit financial and operational reports; provide variance commentary.
• Review invoices, rent edits and ensure GL accuracy.
• Oversee tenant lease setup and annual audits; manage tax review process.
• Maintain vendor, tenant, and client contact; handle emergency calls after hours.
