Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) to oversee a portfolio, supervise property staff, and ensure lease administration accuracy and client satisfaction. The role focuses on collections oversight, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, vendor contract management, and coordinating tenant improvements across properties, with travel between sites as required.

Minimum 3+ years in real estate property management, a CPM/RPA/CSM designation or in progress, and a real estate license are

Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate property management experience.
• CPM/RPA/CSM designation or in process is preferred.
• Real estate license required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration duties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Oversee property staff including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection process for properties and assets.
• Develop operating and capital budgets; track variances and CAM reconciliations.
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts in line with requirements.
• Abstract leases in lease administration software and ensure contractual compliance.
• Coordinate tenant and building construction work for timely completion.
• Participate in leasing and client meetings; communicate between leasing and property management teams.
