Ebenezer is seeking a Property Manager II to join Parkway Cooperative in Burnsville, MN. This role oversees HOA operations, staff supervision, board relations, and budgeting for 91+ unit cooperatives.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, financial oversight, relationship management with boards and residents, and coordinating marketing and sales activities for community units. On-call duties are required, with Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedules, and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Three to five years – Life Experience in any of the following: Business, Sales, Hotel, Leasing, Accounting, Customer Service, Activities
• Solid working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications
• High-level communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with older adults
• Real Estate Licensure - required to obtain within 48 months of hire date

Responsabilités

• Provides leadership and supervision to staff.
• Supervises all staff and provides annual written performance reviews.
• Acts as a mediator with staff and Owners when needed.
• Establishes and supports an environment conducive to quality services and high-level customer satisfaction.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with the Board, Owners and community committees.
• Meets regularly with Board and committees and assists with materials for meetings.
• Communicates regularly with board and owners through reports and newsletters.
