Job summary

Paramark Corp is seeking a dedicated part-time Senior Living Cooperative Property Manager to join our team in Faribault, MN. This on-site role is approximately 25 hours per week with an hourly wage range of $24–$28.

You will be responsible for managing cooperative operations, budgets, and stakeholder communications, reporting to the Regional Property Manager. Prior property management experience and strong customer service skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management is preferred.
• Ability to provide customer service in a friendly, courteous, professional manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Proven problem-solving abilities are necessary.
• Must be self-directed and able to work independently or on a team.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Represent the property and Paramark, building positive relationships with members and vendors.
• Manage the cooperative's contracts, financial performance, and public relations.
• Oversee the management office operations and communications with members.
• Coordinate with maintenance and schedule vendors and deliveries.
• Prepare and monitor the annual budget with the Regional Property Manager and Board.
