Ebenezer in Burnsville, MN seeks a Property Manager II to lead day-to-day operations for Parkway Cooperative (91+ units). The role includes supervising staff, coordinating with the Board, managing budgets, and engaging residents.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with 24/7 on-call coverage and no weekend work. Benefits include comprehensive plans and PTO to support a vibrant community.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of life experience in business, sales, hotel, leasing, accounting or customer service.
• Solid working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with older adults.
• Real estate licensure required to obtain within 48 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provides leadership and supervision to staff.
• Supervises staff and conducts annual performance reviews.
• Promotes a customer service outlook among staff.
• Manages payroll bi-weekly using time records.
• Serves as mediator between staff and Owners as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality and communicates with Board and owners.
