Job summary

Greystar seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for multiple apartment communities, leading teams, managing budgets, and guiding leasing and tenant relations to hit financial and occupancy goals.

You will supervise maintenance staff, ensure compliance with housing laws, analyze financials, set rents, and review invoices while coordinating with owners. This is a full-time role with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience managing day-to-day operations of apartment communities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and market data to help develop property budgets.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rent and fees.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and payments.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and notices.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Supervise staff, hire/train, and manage performance.
• Maintain relationships with owners and respond to their needs.
