Qualifications

5+ years of experience in suburban office, retail, or industrial/flex properties.
Texas Real Estate License required.
Strong customer service and on-site management skills.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word; QuickBooks helpful.
Able to supervise a building maintenance teammate and coordinate vendors.
