Job summary
Keen Realty Group is seeking a Property Manager in Houston to oversee day-to-day operations of suburban office, retail, or industrial properties. You will supervise maintenance, coordinate bids, and support leasing efforts in a hands-on on-site role.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in property management, a Texas Real Estate License, and strong tenant relations. Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks is preferred; on-site work is required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in suburban office, retail, or industrial/flex properties.
- Texas Real Estate License required.
- Self-starter able to manage on-site office and supervise maintenance.
- Knowledge of marketing and leasing activities for spaces.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned portfolio.
- Supervise building maintenance and coordinate bids for services.
- Prepare monthly reports and distribute to clients.
- Oversee lease administration and rent collections.
- Review and approve monthly operating expense invoices.
- Assist in marketing and leasing activities and show spaces.
