Ideal candidates have 3+ years in real estate property management, a related bachelor's degree, and CPM/RPA/CSM designation. Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.
• Possess real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate.
• Ability to manage a team of professionals, including employees and vendors; experience negotiating leases/contracts.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all lease administration duties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, and directives.
• Provide management and leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection process and complete required inspections.
• Develop operating and capital budgets, track variances, and oversee CAM reconciliations.
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts per requirements.
• Abstract property leases in lease administration software.
• Coordinate with third-party owners and accounting for reporting.
• Coordinate tenant and building construction work and ensure timely completion.
• Participate in leasing and client meetings to align goals.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and clients.
