Job summary

Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a Class A office asset in Houston on behalf of a third-party Client. This role requires a proven leader who combines financial acumen with exceptional tenant relations and operations oversight.

You will manage budgets, CAM reconciliations, vendor contracts, and capital projects, mentor the property management team, and present executive-level reports to ownership.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive commercial property management experience, with a focus on Class A/B assets.
• Experience mentoring and leading property management teams and managing budgets, reforecasts, and capital planning.
• Proven ability to prepare executive-level reports and manage CAM reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a Class A, 550,000 sf office asset for third-party ownership.
• Lead budgeting, reforecasts, CAM reconciliations, and long-term capital plans.
• Manage lease administration, vendor procurement, and service-level agreements.
• Mentor property management teams and drive succession development.
• Direct tenant relations, events, and high-profile interactions.
• Prepare and present reports to ownership and senior leadership.
