As the day-to-day leader for your portfolio, you’ll serve as a trusted representative for ownership, balancing fiduciary responsibility, cost control, and service delivery. You’ll partner closely with leadership, tenants, and vendors to ensure each property operates efficiently, maintains strong tenant relationships, and delivers consistent value to clients.

About Us

Partners is a leading full-service commercial real estate firm offering clients a full spectrum of services and investments in office, industrial, retail tenant, and landlord representation, investment sales, property management, and an investment fund, among other services. We partner with people to create value, protect assets, and preserve wealth through real estate services, development, and capital investment.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee a substantial portfolio of industrial properties managed on behalf of third-party ownership groups, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted representative for ownership, balancing fiduciary responsibility, cost control, and service delivery.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and other ownership deliverables according to client standards and timelines.
  • Oversee lease administration, including CAM reconciliations, expense recoveries, and financial reporting across multiple ownership structures.
  • Manage vendors, service contracts, and capital projects with accountability, transparency, and value creation in mind.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance, safety, and compliance standards are upheld.
  • Identify operational risks and proactively communicate recommendations and cost-effective solutions to ownership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring a professional and responsive management approach.
  • Utilize property management systems (Yardi, MRI, or similar) and work order platforms (Angus, Impak, etc.) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across the portfolio.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of commercial property management experience, with substantial responsibility for industrial properties managed on behalf of third-party ownership groups.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assets and ownership structures concurrently while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Demonstrated financial and operational expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of lease administration, CAM structures, expense recoveries, and reconciliations.
  • Track record of effectively managing vendors, service contracts, and capital projects.
  • Ability to identify and address operational risks with sound judgment and communication.
  • Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, Angus, Impak, or similar systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with ownership, tenants, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for property inspections.
What’s In It for You
  • Be part of one of the fastest-growing full-service commercial real estate firms in Texas, backed by an integrated platform spanning Investments, Development, Brokerage, and Property Management.
  • Gain access to a diverse suite of institutional-quality investment offerings through Partners Capital.
  • Collaborate with a driven, high-performance team that values integrity, teamwork, and long-term partnerships.
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding organization.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic firm focused on growth and excellence in commercial real estate. We value candidates who bring energy, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
