Job summary

Ascend Talent Solutions client seeks a Property Manager to lead operations of a Class A office property in Plano, TX. You will supervise the property management team, oversee budgets, financial reporting, and tenant relations to ensure occupancy and value.

You will coordinate with engineering, security, and vendors, enforce building policies, and drive energy efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations while maintaining first-class service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous commercial real estate experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Proficiency with property management software including Yardi, MRI and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day physical operation of the Properties and on-site teams.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and tenant relations to support occupancy and value.
• Lead leasing coordination, building policies, and vendor management.
