Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Experience with Class A office assets preferred.
• Strong financial reporting and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency with Yardi or MRI software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a large Class A office campus.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, CAM reconciliations, and owner reporting.
• Manage tenant relations and drive retention.
• Negotiate and administer vendor/service contracts.
• Coordinate capital and tenant improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with codes, life safety, and regulations.
• Collaborate with leasing, engineering, and accounting teams.
