Village Green in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our multi-family communities. You will manage leasing, marketing, maintenance, and administrative functions.

You will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, resident relations, and ensuring budget objectives are met, with a focus on growth and customer service. Qualifications include a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in multi-family PM, real estate

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-family Property Management.
• Must have real estate license or obtain within 120 days of employment if required by state law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve company and client budget objectives.
• Supervise Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions.
• Responsible for all Resident/Landlord Relations.
• Responsible for accounting and collections.
• Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and operational reports.
• Complete budget-to-actual variance reporting and explanations.
• Strong understanding of property budgeting and financial management.
• Supervise day-to-day office and maintenance operations, including project management.
• Report on property-specific and company data to Area Director and Corporate Office by due date.
• Follow policies and participate in team efforts to achieve goals.
