Village Green is seeking a Property Manager to oversee apartment communities in Rogers, AR. You will supervise Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions, ensure budget objectives are met, and maintain strong resident relations.

The role requires a real estate license (or pursuing it within 120 days), a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 2+ years of multi-family property management experience.

• Experience in multi-family property management and supervising teams is preferred.
• Real estate license or intent to obtain within 120 days may be required.

Aufgaben

• Achieve company and client budget objectives.
• Supervise Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions.
• Maintain strong Resident/Landlord relations.
• Handle accounting and collections.
• Oversee day-to-day office and maintenance operations including project management.
• Prepare property and company reporting for Corporate Office or clients by due date.
