Village Green is seeking an experienced Property Manager to supervise Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions for multifamily properties in Ohio. You will help achieve budget objectives, oversee daily operations, and maintain strong relations with residents, owners, and vendors.

• Experience managing teams across marketing, leasing, admin, and maintenance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Achieve company and client budget objectives
• Supervise Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions
• Involvement with Resident/Landlord relations
• Manage accounting and collections
• Oversee day-to-day office and maintenance operations
• Prepare property and company reports for Corporate or clients
• Follow policies and procedures
• Participate in team efforts to reach goals
• Multitask and manage time effectively
• Perform special projects as assigned
