NewQuest in Houston seeks an experienced Senior Asset & Property Manager to supervise day-to-day operations of a mixed portfolio and lead a team of managers and vendors. You will drive budgets, analyze financials, and ensure properties meet performance goals while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role requires strategic oversight, strong leadership, and effective communication with owners and internal stakeholders. This is an in-office role with regular portfolio visits across markets.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial property management.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in managing multiple people.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college preferred, but not mandatory.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Rent Roll, Yardi accounting software or the equivalent, basic bookkeeping skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide formal supervision to employees and third-party managers; oversee daily property management activities.
• Manage budgets, analyze financial statements, and address gaps with stakeholders.
• Ensure properties meet operational and financial goals; develop action plans.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of the team.
• Participate in acquisition, disposition, development, and asset management.
• Communicate with clients/owners and provide timely performance reports.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors, negotiate contracts, and monitor progress.
• Develop and update policy and procedures.
