An established industry player is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a multi-building retail portfolio. Manage a multi-building retail portfolio in University City and lead the onsite team. Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and third-party relationships.
Direct, coordinate, and oversee property management operations.
Provide exceptional service to tenants and customers.
Develop and interpret policies and strategies for property management, ensuring effective information flow and leadership.
Lead onsite staff with clear direction and oversight.
Excellent communication skills, proactive approach, customer focus, problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, time management, and financial acumen.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in real estate property management or related fields.
CPM, RPA, or CSM designation preferred.
Strong financial and operational knowledge of buildings.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Experience in lease and contract negotiations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional office setting with travel between properties in varying weather conditions.
Travel, climbing stairs, outdoor conditions, and prolonged stationary periods required.
