Job Overview

Executive Hills Management, Inc., one of Kansas City’s largest office real estate companies, is looking for an energetic Property Manager for a portion of our portfolio totaling over 1 million square feet. The successful candidate will receive a total compensation package commensurate with experience. The chosen candidate will supervise maintenance and engineering staff, coordinate construction and remodeling projects, and maintain strong tenant relationships. As a key member of our property team, you will ensure our buildings maintain the highest possible standards and score highly in our internal inspection program.

Highlights

• Base salary, full-time use of a company-owned vehicle, and multiple bonus opportunities.
• Full-time position Monday to Friday 8:30‑5:30 (additional time commitment required on rare occasions).
