Legacy Partners is seeking an experienced on-site Property Manager to oversee an apartment community. You will supervise staff, manage day‑to‑day operations, and ensure the property remains well maintained with strong financial performance.
Responsibilities include budget control, rent collection, leasing activity, resident relations, and ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing laws. This is a full-time on-site role requiring availability for emergencies.

Manage all phases of the operation of an apartment community including, but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance; to direct and control all personnel and resources to the end that the community is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation according to Legacy standards and specific owner directives. Have complete and full responsibility for property P&L. Perform work of subordinates as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Regional Property Manager. The schedule is Monday through Friday and requires availability for on-call emergencies. Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
