Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site, full-time Assistant to the Business Manager for an apartment community. The role covers leasing, resident services, and day-to-day property operations to maintain occupancy and asset quality.
You will support administrative functions, rent collection, inspections, and vendor coordination while upholding company standards and safety practices. The position requires coordination across teams and adherence to policies.

Responsible as an assistant to and under the supervision of the Business Manager for all phases of the operation of an apartment community, including, but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance; to direct and control all personnel and resources to the end that the community is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. This is an on-site, full-time position with a Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
