Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site Property/Community Manager in Colorado to oversee all phases of operation for a multifamily community. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and fair housing laws while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.
The role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and collaboration with marketing to maximize occupancy, with on-call availability for emergencies and a Monday–Friday schedule.

In addition to development, Legacy Partners provides management services for our own portfolio and other owners. Combined, we manage a portfolio of over 50 multifamily communities with more than 12,000 apartment homes with a gross value in excess of $3 billion.
Manage all phases of the operation of an apartment community including, but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance; to direct and control all personnel and resources to the end that the community is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation according to Legacy standards and specific owner directives. Have complete and full responsibility for property PandL. Perform work of subordinates as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Regional Property Manager. The schedule is Monday through Friday and requires availability for on-call emergencies.
