I’m partnering with a growing commercial real estate owner and developer seeking a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join its collaborative Dallas team.

This newly created role offers ownership of a retail portfolio, room to grow as acquisitions come online, and potential exposure to industrial properties and development.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Approximately 7 or more years of retail property management experience
• Strong financial skills, including budgeting, reporting and expense recoveries
• Experience with tenant relations, property operations and vendor management
• Proficiency in Yardi
• A hands on approach, sound judgment and a willingness to support the team

Owner/developer experience is preferred. An experienced Property Manager ready to grow or an established Senior Property Manager could be a great fit.
