What You’ll Do

• Manage daily operations of retail properties, including maintenance and vendor oversight
• Serve as primary contact for retail tenants and support lease administration
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance
• Conduct property inspections and ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate tenant build-outs, openings, and ongoing support

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of property management experience with retail properties
• Experience managing shopping centers, retail plazas, or mixed-use assets
• Strong understanding of retail leases and CAM reconciliations
