Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead two communities, Belleair Place and Bayside Court, and drive marketing and financial performance.

You will supervise on-site teams, implement company policies, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance including Fair Housing. A 3–5 year background in apartment management and LIHTC experience are preferred, with Yardi proficiency a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in the apartment industry with supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing mid- to large-size communities.
• LIHTC/tax credit experience and Yardi knowledge preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and EEO laws.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

Education

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience; college coursework or training in Property Management preferred

Experience

• 3 to 5 years in the apartment industry with supervisory or management experience
• Prior experience managing mid to large-size communities preferred
• Experience with tax credit and affordable (LIHTC) communities and Yardi software preferred
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and Equal Employment guidelines

Skills & Certifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software such as Yardi
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills
• Registered Apartment Manager or CAM certification preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
• Valid Driver's License required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a strong plus
• Tax Credit and Affordable (LIHTC) experience preferred
