Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Palm Ranch Apartments in Davie, FL. This full-time role includes leasing duties, handling applications, renewals, and rent collection, with a focus on exceptional resident service.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in the apartment industry, experience with Yardi, and strong communication skills. A valid driver's license and bilingual (English/Spanish) are a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in the apartment industry in a similar role.
• Experience with Yardi software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software; strong communication.
• Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Duties to also include leasing responsibilities, such as showing units, processing applications, and closing leases
• Prepare resident legal notices and process annual lease renewals
• Verify lease information accuracy; handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
• Manage work orders and maintain accurate records in Yardi software
• Conduct unit inspections and manage move-in/move-out processes
• Lead leasing activities and support resident relations and social event planning
• Supervise turnkey operations in the absence of the Property Manager
• Rent collection, follow up on delinquencies, and resolve accounting discrepancies
