Job summary

ACM Corporate Allocated in Chamblee, GA seeks a Systems Administrator – Property Management Systems & Operations to oversee Entrata and other platforms, ensuring smooth operation and supporting acquisitions, onboarding, migrations, and transitions.

This role connects property operations, accounting, regional leadership, corporate teams, IT, and vendors; you will lead implementations, manage data integrity, and drive process improvements across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily property management, property management technology, systems administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of multifamily operations, including leasing, resident management, screening, reporting, accounting workflows, and property transitions.
• Hands-on experience with Entrata, RealPage, MRI, Yardi, or similar property management systems.
• Experience managing system implementations, migrations, conversions, or multi-property technology projects.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work with onsite employees through executive leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary admin for Entrata and other platforms.
• Manage configurations, users, permissions, integrations, and access across portfolio.
• Provide day-to-day technical and operational support to property teams.
• Troubleshoot system, reporting, leasing, resident, screening, payment, and workflow issues; coordinate vendor escalations.
• Monitor data integrity, system functionality, and user access across portfolio.
• Lead system implementations, migrations, and major technology projects.
• Develop implementation plans, testing procedures, data validation, and go-live strategies.
• Coordinate system requirements for property acquisitions, onboarding, dispositions, and transitions.
• Develop SOPs and system documentation; coordinate with vendors on support and transitions.
