Job summary

Corridor Property Management seeks a Property Systems & Operations Coordinator to administer, support, and optimize our property management technology platforms. This role serves as the internal SME for property management software and leads onboarding, implementation, transition, and offboarding of all managed communities.

Working with Operations, Accounting, IT, and Executive Leadership, the Systems Coordinator ensures accurate configuration, data integrity, standardized SOPs, and efficient

Qualifications

• 3 years property management or property systems experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Yardi or AppFolio.
• Experience with software implementation.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead software onboarding and implementation for new communities.
• Coordinate property onboarding readiness and go-live checks.
• Manage disposition, archive records, and system offboarding for properties.
• Serve as primary administrator for property management software and manage user permissions.
• Develop training materials and conduct refresher training for staff.
• Audit data integrity and standardize reporting across the portfolio.
